_**Calm Courage**_ is a supportive space for people wanting an interactive and engaging experience, with evidence-based insights and exercises, time to reflect and restore and space to increase self-awareness.

Over eight sessions we’ll meet weekly to explore the following topics, which are also supported with an online learning hub of resources:

2. Clarity of beliefs and values  
3. Hard data of unique strengths  
4. Emotional courage  
5. Meeting your inner mentor  
6. Honouring boundaries  
7. Managing your energy and environment  
8. Integration for intention and impact

**Live Sessions**  
No worries if you can’t make the live sessions. Each module is designed as an interactive, live experience and it’s highly encouraged to attend each session (it’s also a behavioural nudge that keeps you more accountable and likely to complete the program *wink*). But life can sometimes get in the way, so an online resource library of videos and exercises has been created for each module, giving you all the materials you need to catch up in your own time. And… breatheeeeeeeeee

**Longterm Access**  
Your access to the Resource Library will remain for as long as the course lives.

Access is non-transferable.
